How will you change people’s Lives?
You will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies that will expand our user base, increase platform usage, and elevate our brand presence.
Job Role:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention at Shezlong.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize user journey and conversion funnels.
- Conduct thorough analysis of user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experiment with new channels and initiatives to attract and convert potential users.
- Monitor key performance metrics, generate regular reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- A/B test various strategies, messaging, and campaigns to refine and optimize growth efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform growth strategies.
Area of Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI or similar.
- Strong understanding of online platforms, user behavior, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills:
- Ownership: Owns the main KPIs that drive the company growth and have well-rounded business understanding.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
