How You Will Change People’s Lives?

By building strong partnerships with therapists, ensuring their successful recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development while fostering satisfaction and collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by optimizing therapist performance and maintaining a dynamic, motivated network of professionals delivering exceptional mental health services.

Job Role:

Recruitment and Onboarding Management:

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to attract and retain highly qualified therapists on the platform.
  • Design and implement effective strategies to scale the therapist network, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals.

Therapist Engagement and Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for therapists, addressing their needs and ensuring an exceptional experience on the platform.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance therapist satisfaction and performance.

Performance Monitoring and Growth:

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies for professional growth.
  • Track and analyze therapists’ availability and session bookings to ensure optimal time slot utilization and maximize session reservations.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance therapist engagement and efficiency.

Collaboration and Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with therapists to drive their loyalty and engagement.
  • Resolve concerns or issues raised by therapists promptly and effectively, ensuring positive interactions and outcomes.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of therapist interactions, performance, and feedback to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop strategies to balance time slots and maintain availability across the network.
  • Oversee transitions for therapists, ensuring a professional and seamless exit process when required.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze therapist performance metrics and session booking trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align therapist strategies with broader organizational objectives.

Profile Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a related role. Medical representative background is a must.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to work with data and numbers.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
  • Active listening and relationship-building skills.
