What you will do:

  1. Client Coordination & Legal Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all contractual, legal, and administrative documentation
    between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain organized records of all client-related documentation.

2. Communication Plan Implementation

Phase 1: Awareness

  • Coordinate and manage the launch of introductory email series to client employees, emphasizing available benefits, confidentiality, and access steps.
  • Communicate with leadership for kick-off emails supporting client HR/CEO announcements.
  • Plan and host virtual “How It Works” webinars covering platform usage, confidentiality, therapist selection, and live Q&A for first-time clients.
  • Distribute digital and physical promotional materials and collaborate with client teams for onsite deployment and social media activities.

Phase 2: Engagement

  • Schedule and promote monthly themed webinars across corporate clients, supporting joint participation when suitable.
  • Assist in creating and circulating monthly newsletters with mental health tips, self-check quizzes, and booking links.
  • Monitor employee engagement levels and suggest enhancements to increase participation.

Phase 3: Reminder &Nudge

  • Coordinate periodic reminders on session utilization, targeting departments with low usage through tailored communication strategies.
  • Explore and manage additional outreach campaigns with client consent.
  • Manage anonymous feedback surveys to gather insights on barriers to benefit use and propose solutions.

3. Internal Collaboration &Department Support

  • Work closely with the Business Development Lead, providing administrative and strategic support to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Monitor BD processes, identify improvement areas, and assist in execution of growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing, R&D, and clinical teams to deliver client-specific initiatives and campaigns.

4. Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Shezlong’s services, platform features, and market positioning.
  • Prepare and present client-specific reports and utilize analytics as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Ensure all client communications are aligned with brand tone and confidentiality standards.

Profile Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
  2. 0-3 years of experience in B2B account management, client success, or business
    development.
  3. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  4. Strong communication skills :written, verbal, and presentation.
  5. Experience managing webinars, newsletters, and multi-channel communication
    campaigns.
  6. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
  7. Proficiency in project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
