We're looking for a hands-on, experienced, and enthusiastic Junior backend engineer who is passionate about building next generation wellness technology.

  3. You will be working with: NodeJS, TypeScript, ExpressJS, MariaDB, MySQL, JestJS, AWS, git, and other technologies.

What you will do:

  • Plan: dissect required tasks into subtasks with backend engineering team and support estimation efforts for visibility.
  • API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring they are well-documented and user-friendly.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, system outages, and bugs as they arise.
  • Backend Development: Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and unit-tested backend systems.
  • Database Design: Design and optimize database schemas, ensuring data consistency, performance, and reliability.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure the backend infrastructure is highly efficient.
  • Security: Implement security best practices to protect data and systems, including user authentication and authorization.
  • Scalability: Architect systems that can scale horizontally and handle increasing loads as the company grows.

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum +1 year experience in developing scalable Node.js web applications
  • Bsc. in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Must have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs using NodeJS.
  • Solid foundation in data structures and common programming paradigms
  • OOP, design patterns, and asynchronous/event-based coding.
  • Solid knowledge of Express framework and TypeScript.
  • Solid experience in producing well-commented, efficient code along with decent documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and discipline in abiding by documentation and guidelines
  • Very good command of written English and documentation

You will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies that will expand our user base, increase platform usage, and elevate our brand presence.

Job Role:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention at Shezlong.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize user journey and conversion funnels.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experiment with new channels and initiatives to attract and convert potential users.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, generate regular reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • A/B test various strategies, messaging, and campaigns to refine and optimize growth efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform growth strategies.

Area of Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI or similar.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms, user behavior, and conversion optimization.

The Digital Analyst Lead at Shezlong plays an essential role in examining sales and marketing data from a commercial perspective. This position involves modeling data clearly and legibly, presenting valuable information to decision-makers within the company, and ensuring that reports, analyses, and dashboards accurately reflect vital information about Shezlong's digital assets. The goal is to optimize the digital experience through both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Job Role:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights for improving marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online advertising efforts, targeting specific demographics and refining strategies for maximum impact.
  • Utilize Mix panel to perform cohort analysis to enhance user reservations and retention.
  • Conduct Testing/Debugging session to review the configured data modules with the Tech Teams
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure, systems, and tools are optimized to support efficient data collection, storage, and analysis.

Profile Requirements:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our client relations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Collaborate with the Client Relations team to provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Billing and Financial Transactions: Accurately process reservation invoices, refunds, and discounts while maintaining comprehensive financial records. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client complaints related to financial matters.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as a crucial point of escalation for complex client issues, working closely with the CRM team to facilitate swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Training and Development: Hold training sessions as required for new joiners and coordinate refreshment sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the client relations team.
  • Reputation Management: Proactively manage and respond to negative client feedback and reviews on google and apple stores, identifying opportunities for service recovery and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
